Ham in a Maple Mustard Pineapple glaze

Tonight's dinner I bought a little ham, I scored the ham to allow the glaze to seep into ham.


Glaze


1 oz 1919 rum
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons smoked mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small pineapple in chunks


I covered in glaze let sit overnight and baked in an oven for 40 minutes.
